I am so happy that my friend is living here now. She is only in her early 60’s but she has memory issues. The residence is so clean and has lovely furnishings in the communal area. The food is very good and the staff is amazing. Everyone I’ve spoken with has been kind, professional, and friendly. I just got off the phone with Tiara who is absolutely lovely - so kind and caring about my friend. She assured me that my friend is getting well acclimated and joining in on activities. And the receptionist (I’m so sorry but her name escapes me) always greets me with the biggest smile❤️

I liked the location and looks of the facility, and I liked the friendliness and charm of the employees I met, and I liked the range of residents' programs they described. I also liked the description of health-care services that I heard about. I visited mid-afternoon, so I can't comment on meals. I didn't speak with any residents or overhear discussions among residents, so I can't comment on what I didn't hear.

I found Arbor Terrace through a place for mom. The first visit felt so welcoming from the vibrant color schemes of the decor to the cleanliness of the building and the spaciousness of the apartments . Every staff member we came in contact with was so friendly, the residents there looked happy to reside there. My dad was not looking to move at that time. My dad and I decided to re visit almost a year later to make Arbor Terrace his home. The apartments are very nice and all of the staff that we have met have been very helpful especially Nicola who went above and beyond to make the move in process as seamless as possible. If you or a loved one is looking for an Assisted living community , I recommend Arbor Terrace!

I am happy to say that I am now the proud and grateful daughter of an Arbor Terrace graduate! What I mean by "graduate" is that the caring, attentive, and compassionate staff at Arbor Terrace provided my mom with such excellent care and services that she literally no longer needs them. My mom's recovery from a very serious illness would not have happened without the care and support of everyone at Arbor Terrace from the front desk staff, skilled nurses, program staff, and administrators everyone played a role in helping my mom get back on her feet physically and emotionally. Should we ever need assisted living in the future we will go straight to Arbor Terrace!

I appreciate the staff’s kindness and compassion and especially their patience in helping my mom adjust to her new surroundings. The staff makes my mom and I feel like “one of the family” instead of “the new tenant and her daughter”. I am very grateful to have found Arbor Terrace.

Thank you to Tiara for providing training on the InTouch Link app. You were definitely prepared with a video demonstration as well as on hands training. Thank you for your patience when I have questions and just being you. You greet the residents and their families with so much warmth and willingness to assist in whatever way you can. Always so pleasant.

The Entertainment Director is awesome too and so is everyone of her staff members, go figure!

We didn’t go wrong with deciding on Arbor Terrace for our love one. If you decide on Arbor Terrace, I would encourage families to visit and participate in activities to really get a feel for the living conditions your family member will live in. It is important to get to know the staff, participate in activities with your loved one so they can feel at home. I have a lot of fun and at ease when I watch the seniors actively involved in activities.

Arbor Terrace is such a wonderful place to bring your loved one. Denise, the Activities Director, is one of a kind. She goes above and beyond in keeping the residents engaged! I'm very impressed with the resident led programs, it gives them a sense of inclusion. Her assistants, Tiara and Fazile, make the programing enjoyable as well! The three of them think outside the box to create wonderful, meaningful activities.

Nice facility for seniors need assistance. The building is well maintained. The staff is very friendly and nice. My father loves his apartment.

Arbor Terrace is a wonderful place for Senior Living! The residents are pleasantly active in the vast array of activities. The care staff is super friendly, welcoming and helpful.
