My cousin has been in the Brightview Memory Care floor for a couple of years, and we live in Virginia and don't get to see her very often. So I was very impressed with how attentive all of the staff are to my dear cousin and to the other residence there. They seem cheerful and gentle as well in caring for the residents. It was good to see.

I visit my family member at BrightView Towson on a regular basis and always have positive interactions with staff. In all areas (front office, reception, health care, dining room, activities, maintenance, etc.) they are professional, knowledgeable, helpful, friendly, and positive. My family and I truly appreciate the excellent level of care provided to our family member.

In visiting a resident today at Brightview Towson, there was a Jazz concert. The music was excellent and fun. Every time I have been there all of the rooms-both private and common areas- are clean, the grounds well kept, and the staff friendly.

On behalf of my family, I wanted to thank you and your teams for taking extraordinary care of my mom. We were certainly stressed having to move her a week before Christmas, however every single touch point on every single day of her stay was kind, considerate, and compassionate. From the first call with Connor, to the front desk team, to the people in the hallway or elevator, and especially to Lillian and the team in Wellspring - we encountered smiling faces, people who knew our name, kindness and consideration for my mom (even if they had to change her multiple times in an hour), and a high level of care.

Lillian, you helped me more than you can know with your caring and honest discussions, and allowed us to make the best of our remaining days with Stell. She was comfortable and content and we never worried about her care or well being while she was there.

Reggie, you described the culture you wanted to create when we met to sign the contract. I think you're ready to make the MBA case-study circuit for creating a high performing team who truly cares and makes a difference in what they do each day.

We are blessed to have made the move to BV Towson and forever grateful for trusting our mom to you and the team.

FAMILIES BEWARE!! Staff are very unprofessional and the steal supplies from residents and give them to other residents! Check your loved ones supplies when you visit!

My grandmother unfortunately had to go here to the Bright View In Towson. It was TERRIBLE. From being ignored when calling the call bell and from awful care. Don’t even get started about the cleanliness of the facility and the rooms that they “clean”. I would regularly visit her and she would we calling the bell while the staff are in the living room area on there phone. There were a few good employees that she likes but that was rare. STAY away from this place. It’s been over a year plus since my family took her out of here, but seeing that they are building another one in Hunt Valley made me think to write the experience she had there. Whatever you do stay far away I tell everyone and so does my family about the awful care she received. Insane for the amount of money you pay. I hope someone sees this and goes in another direction.

Everyone is very nice and professional what I have seen so far. They keep their facility clean and have an amazing housekeeper that does a very good job. I feel welcome every time I visit on Wednesdays to see my client.
