My experience with Brookdale Potomac has been nothing short of amazing. From the moment i walked in, we were greeted with warmth and kindness. The staff is incredibly compassionate, always going above and beyond to ensure the residents feel comfortable, engaged, and well cared for.

The facility is clean, beautifully maintained, and feels like home. The activities and social events keep residents active and connected, and the dining experience is excellent.

Brookdale Potomac is a wonderful home for senior assistance. The activity director is very creative providing the residents with engaging activities! The dinning staff is also very patient and kind to the residents helping them read menu, choose what to eat, and helping them eat if needed. It’s a very welcoming and clean facility with a beautiful courtyard for residents to enjoy the sunshine.
I would recommend that if a loved one needs constant assistance, they get a personal caregiver. Medical needs are well taken care of by the caregivers, nurses, and the health and wellness coordinated. All the staff are extremely caring towards the individual at Brookdale; listening and hearing residents questions and concerns.

Brookdale Potomac’s Activities Team led by Sharon and Chef Peter have got it going on. Extremely well organized and some really yummy refreshments are always available. Challenging games, fun and holiday music makes for a fabulous party. This is one of Santa’s favorite stops!

The staff at Brookdale Potomac were kind and attentive, providing excellent care and adapting to changing needs.
