I am almost shaken by the horrible experiences people have had here, according to the reviews. I was very unaware of all the people that described their cruel treatment. As for me, nurse practitioner Jen Marlin has been nothing but real, caring and extremely smart. She cares and has a sense of humor. My conversations with her are ALWAYS positive and she is very careful with managing my meds. I've known her for over a year. I don't get a live person on the phone besides the receptionist when I call but I've always gotten a return call in a reasonable amount of time. If you decide to get treatment here, I suggest you research the staff reviews. It's obvious to me that it's not all bad here, you just have to pick and choose I guess.

My med provider here is an absolute liability. She should not be able to provide anyone chemicals for their body, she doesn't know what she's doing.

Christina Cutter told me at my last appointment that she had gone over my meds with a psychiatrist and she didn't understand why I'm on so many and such high doses, and she wanted to start taking me off them, SEVERAL AT ONCE. for one, one was an antipsychotic, and I am not psychotic. This is so dangerous for me to have been taking this, and I have been, for so long. She tries denying it's her fault at all and I call her out that she's been in charge of all of my meds for ages. She says something about one of them "no even I know 300mg is dangerous, I wouldn't have done that unless you asked".... So you'd give patients risky amounts of drugs if requested? And that's utter gaslighting. I wouldn't ask for a higher dose of a drug I know nothing about. Then she proceeds to tell me she wants me to stop taking 2 and taper off one medication, all right now. That's not how you're supposed to stop psychiatric medications "even I know"
On top of all this, she must pay no attention to the drugs she fills. She told me I must be out of my medications because I have no refills and she hasn't filled them. I told her I've been refilling them. I send electronic refill requests and she okays them. She insisted "no you must be taking back stock of your medications" who has back stock? Do you just save it and not take it for a month so you have "back stock"? I go home and see that my most recent bottle was filled less than a week ago. Back stock my behind.

Giving this woman the ability to prescribe medications is dangerous and scary. And she will gaslight anyone who tries to call her out.

Changed so much in last year. 3 different providers within months after the same one for years. Overcame so many obstacles only to have a office visit cancelled because they didn't have a provider and stop medication regimen saying it was a medication review with no one to review anything. I am also a medical professional working full-time who was just stopped of everything because I only saw someone every six months. Not stopped of some narcotic medication, but, just tossed aside like a nobody. Thank you for your lack of patient treatment, and lack of maintaining the mental stability in your patient's.

Worst therapy session of my life this place sucks so bad and made me feel so much worse about myself. Therapist was extremely judgmental and tried to joke about very serious things I was telling them. They also asked me what diagnosis I think I have and I said idk other therapists in the past have said I either have BPD or some kind of mood disorder but I think I might be autistic. Didn’t even ask why I thought that they just said “well you don’t look autistic” and moved on to the next question. How tf do you “look” autistic I also needed a thing filled out for a medical withdrawal from my school for mental health reasons and they said they would fill it out that day. I never got anything back so I called and they straight up refused to fill it out and told me to ask my doctor. I don’t need a doctor to fill that out, it said on the form it needs to be filled out by a “licensed healthcare provider” which they are. I need a therapist to fill that out and I told them that and they were like “sorry but there’s nothing we can do.” Absolute bullshit. I also couldn’t get another appointment until an entire month later. -10000/10 if I could rate this negative stars I would please do not go here.

There's no way any of these positive reviews are from real clients. I have met dozens of people who have gone to this office and NOT ONE has had anything good to say. I've seen multiple staff members here and each have been overrun with clients and it shows during appointments. Have never seen such apathetic, disinterested, unempathetic mental health workers in my life. On top of their horrible attitudes, I don't remember the last time my medications were actually called in/filled when they were supposed to be. Have gone almost a week with no medication on multiple occasions and can never seem to get anyone to return my calls. All they have to say if they do pick up is an iteration of "they should be there/that's not our problem" (and my pharmacy is reliable so I am sure it is their fault). Wait times are always at least 15 minutes (I have waited over 50 minutes past my appointment time) all for a very rushed and impersonal appointment. These issues have been present since before COVID and are NOT exclusive to certain staff members. Cannot stress enough: PLEASE GO ANYWHERE ELSE!

As there is so very much needed to be known for patients looking for a new mental health provider. PLEASE I can assure you 100% Kimberly Crocker Crowther is NOT the one to choose. Compulsive Lying, Belittling ,Zero care of anything you say, more concerned with your business with other providers you have, she goes to every DISHONEST length to cause issues with your providers, not knowing a thing about you, or your providers. She gave me a diagnosis by phone, on my 1st visit! Please heed my warning, she is extremely malicious...im guessing by nature. I'd only had 1 full phone visit, she blew off the second phone visit, never calling me, the 3td and last visit, she was cruel, condescending, and sarcastic. She stopped My medications immediately. I will be reporting her, as there was Much more.

I’ve had CVS mess up my prescriptions three times in the last month. The prescriptions that I needed can cause me to have epileptic seizures. I was actually on the phone with a three-way with my doctor making sure that I can pick up my medicine early to go on vacation and everything was all set according to CVS. I went to grab my medicine this morning and of course for the last three months in a row CVS has once again screwed up the prescription from the doctor they wouldn’t override without speaking to the Doctor Who is on medical leave which is completely ridiculous because there’s nurse practitioners there and if it wasn’t for the management here I would be totally screwed thank you very much Eileen and Karen Eileen you’re a super woman.

They were supposed to call me back weeks ago because I needed an emergency visit with my prescriber and I got no call, next they put my prescription in the wrong bottle saying I get 90 pills when I get 30 and now my insurance won’t pay for the refill I need because they think it’s too soon and when I call to try to speak to a real person I’m transferred from the real person immediately to voice messaging service. Now I’m out of my meds and there’s nothing I can do and it’s entirely their fault. It’s honestly disgusting don’t go here if you care about your mental health, might have to go to the hospital to try and get my meds.
