I did my intake the first week in November. It is currently the second week in January. In the last week I've called three times only to get sent to a "supervisor" that isn't there and never returns my call. I don't believe anybody there is seriously interested in helping anyone. If you're looking for therapy, stay as far away from here as you can.

Pathetic excuse for professionals. Dismissive and rude evaluators who don’t care about a patients mental health history or documentation. People are coming in their greatest time of need and these people are reluctant to help.

I met with a man with a thick neck and graying beard who didn’t even introduce himself so I don’t know his name and a blonde woman with a front tooth gap and glasses - I believe her name was Emma but she also didn’t introduce herself - both walked away mid-conversation rolling their eyes and “huffing and puffing” when they didn’t hear what they wanted. Absolutely atrocious and dangerous - I’d recommend you go anywhere but here for help because you won’t be getting any help here. Shame on you!

Never had so many problems trying to get therapy. The people that work the desk are DUMB the ceo is DUMB and so is my therapist that sounds like he needs one himself and I’m unable to get switched. So fed up with this place!!!

Was a pretty awful experience overall, I was waiting for them to get back to me in so many scenarios, phone calls wouldn’t get made, I never got to see a psychiatrist or a therapist. Staff never stays the same due to employers. Not worth going to.

CSO dropped my son from all services when his grandmother was dying. After being on a waiting list for therapy for almost two years after his dads death, they got him a therapist then after only four sessions they moved his therapist to a new job and dropped my son with no warning. They had a mentor for him who was often a no show. I believe this company practices insurance fraud! If you need help, THIS IS NOT THE PLACE TO GO!

First of all, it's in a dirty, vandalized alley way, which isn't exactly inviting. My first appointment went well, but I never had a second appointment. It was postponed twice on the day of, within an hour of the appointment. I was on the way to the office both times. No reason was given for the cancellations. I made a third attempt to have a second session. The day before the meeting I lost my wallet and was completely broke (teaches me to have cash). I did what I could to borrow it from someone, but I could not- and CSO refused to let me cover my copay the next time. They would not budge. I tried to tell them of the annoying sudden cancellations and wasted gas. I spoke calmly, did not curse, and just tried to explain myself. Mid sentence, they hung up on me. I am disgusted that a healthcare provider would be so unprofessional and unaccommodating.

Don't go here!! Your therapist and medication doctors are changing all the time!! That mean your meditation changes as well because what they think they know!! You end up not going and they will stop immediately stop your meds sending you to er!!

When they know your a recovering addict all they so is try to prescribe you everything they possibly can then when you want to be off all their meds they try to prolong it as long as possible. They are horrible with a scheduling cancel last minute or double book so when you show up for your apt they took someone else and send you home. Place is a total joke.
