This is an amazing place for retired living. They have thought of everything! Delicious meals, great social activities, beautiful apartment designs! What else could you ask for? Well, when your family is in town - they can stay in the guest suites! Christian was a professional, knowledgeable tour guide! He thoughtfully asked all the right questions as we toured the establishment looking for a special place for my mom to live. We were very impressed. Thank you for your hospitality!

Just had a wonderful tour of Colonial Gardens and was very impressed with the property. All the residents we came in contact with were very happy with the amenities that come with renting. They've thought of everything to make life enjoyable, and the residents gather in the public areas like old friends having a very good time.

I get to visit Colonial Gardens several times a year to share music. The staff is kind and caring and the atmosphere is charming and elegant. The dining room is my absolute favorite place to play! This community is stunning. Every visit I am delighted to see so many happy residents enjoying themselves whether it be during a happy hour or an enriching musical program. Thank you to all the staff who delight in making every resident feel happy and special❤️Keep up the amazing work!

My husband and I assisted a close family friend with his move to Colonial Gardens. Prior to the move, our friend had been very depressed due to the death of his best friend and co-owner of his home. He was overwhelmed with the process of selling his home and moving into a new environment. The move to Colonial Gardens has turned out to be the best decision he could have made! It has transformed him back to the happy outgoing person we always knew. He has a beautiful apartment that he is very proud of, many new friends and a much better outlook on life in general. The facility is beautiful and so well taken care of. We can’t say enough about the caring and helpful staff that assisted him through the transition and continue to provide great service every day. The on-site management team is on duty 24/7 which provides a safe and secure feeling for the residents and their families. We highly recommend Colonial Gardens in Beverly!

Our Mother has been a resident at Colonial Gardens for five years and we thought we should write a review regarding her time there.I will start with her Apartment which she absolutely loves. She finds it very cozy an it has everything that she needs. She loves the fact that it is very quiet and peaceful all the time. We all love the fact that there is something for her to do all the time to keep busy. Over the years Mom has found many old and new friends to spend time with. The fact that they receive three meals a day is a great relief to all, as with age it gets harder to prepare meals.The food has been very good over the years. We find staff members very helpful for anything that has come up over the years. I don’t want to leave out the fact that they have transportation for Doctors visits, shopping and field trips. That’s great as Mom doesn’t drive. Keep up the great work at C.G. And Thank you.

The building had not hot water for over a week. My parents unit shower had not hot water for a month be fore it was fixed. I had to call corporate 3 times to get is resolved.

This chair has been soiled for months, the worst part is they have actually moved it to a new location with out cleaning it.

We had a few good years, but the last 3 have been horrible. We had to pay to have the apartment cleaned after COVID. All of these issues with out any rent adjustment for services and not hot water provided. What landlord could get away with this? It is elder abuse.

it makes me think i have a 2 family and to feel this good at this workplace, i will never go Anyware unless I'm told otherwise。
