The wait time isn't as long as the past..back before 2020 you will wait for 2 or more hours before speaking with a social worker.

This location is the worst social services I've ever had to deal with. The workers treat it like the mean girls club always talking about someone thinking the public can't hear them. They do not want to do their job. And if they did do some type of work you better guarantee they will definitely screw it up. BEWARE AND BE ALERT. They act as if they missed 1 paycheck they wouldn't be standing in the same line as everyone else!!!!

It's been years since I've been there but I recall being treated extremely nice they are so nice there with the volume of people they deal with on a daily basis I take my hats off to them for their patience and kindness

The disrespect and unprofessional attitudes are unnexceptable. Hire ppl with better customer service skills. They don't seem like they care about their jobs at all. On top of everything, I've called and have been left on hold for two days now for over an hour. And if I hit the option for a call back, nobody calls me back. What's going on

I wish the workers have more Quality training for customer service how they talk to you is very disrespectful , We are all adults why not respect one another , they refuse to give their name so you can report them It’s like they are mad at the world. Security officers are more respectful then the workers. I wish I didn’t need to use these services at all right now.

Employees are thorough, and they help me, and the building is nice. I've only had respectful encounters there.
