Very responsive. 11 days total time from booking from my car being shipped from Alabama to California. The best part is that my total bill came to $50 dollars less than I was quote. My car was also delivered on time. Not late, or early, but that's what I paid for, so, totally satisfied there too.

Auto Transport in Birmingham, is currently shipping my Lexus Is and it is set to arrive in 3 hours, I am writing the review now because I know I will forget after my vehicle gets delivered. If anything goes wrong I will update this, but if I don't, make sure to ask for Anthony because he is one good shipping coordinator! 5 stars for all his hard work on keeping me updated, and thank you to my driver for sending me updates with photos, awesome!

Elena is the best! She was extremely quick and professional when replying to any of my dumb questions. Their quote was significantly less than the other businesses I had researched. Delivery took only 3 days and the car got shipped in a good shape.

Where do I start let's just say it was a nerve wrecking experience customer service was nowhere to be found when needed to communicate I had to be calling keep in mind people may be in need of your service but there are other options out there when you're making the appointments to retain their services they are so friendly and welcoming when you're not being taken care of in a timely manner and you're calling to find out what's going on it's a merry-go-round roller coaster my broker dispatcher was Paul I can't speak for other stuff but I can speak for my experience he should find another profession, my first day speaking with him he was so customer oriented but that was just gaslighting I was inconvenience it took 5 days for my car to be picked up even though I left myself open for 2 to 3 days ahead I called on the day for the pickup and that was the day that dispatched was put out for my car for pizza even though I got a email they would be reaching out to dispatch to pick up my car unorganized on professional. I had to leave my car behind to be picked up even though I gave myself enough time for them to pick up before and after and I still left it behind and how was the one calling for Paul and every time I was told that he would call me back he never did I had to call him to let him know my car was finally picked up it was scheduled for Monday it didn't go pick up till Friday afternoon. I hope Paul is reading this and take my foolish advice and find another job because dealing with customers is not his greatest strength but I was inconvenience I stayed back in a hotel out of curiosity I asked if I would be compensated I was told oh our company doesn't do that what do you do when you inconvenience customers lie to them and mislead them my advice to anyone reading this please shop around and let this company be your last hope sincerely yours truly disappointed.

I could not reach the driver during the transit. Later I found out that it's because the driver travels a lot without his cell phone that's why I couldn't reach him. This mad my experience pretty painful!
