The Owner Gloria is wonderful & welcoming. The staff are polite & professional. Feels like home from the 1st day. It's close to Bulls Bay Beach, 24 hr security on-site. ||The rooms are spacious & clean.The Chefs are amazing, the Jerk Chicken & Curry Goat is a must try when visiting & for breakfast the Callaloo & Saltfish with Fry Breadfruit & Plantain.||Thanks to all of the staff especially Nel, Brian & Cian.||This Villa is a true hidden Gem in Lucea!||100% will return & will recommend to family & friends.

I’ve been going to global villa for 17 years now and although I haven’t got a bad word to say about the owner, the staff on the other hand are extremely rude and need some home training. The female staff members are extremely rude and have no sort of customer service. They don’t like other girls on their “territory” and make you feel extremely uncomfortable when you’re spending your money there. They give you dirty looks and throw change back at you. They talk about others amongst themselves as I’ve walked in on them talking about myself and partner in a horrible way. The last time I went had to of been the worst experience of my like and had me and my child feeling scared. My child (7) was SA while staying at global villa, while I went to confront the person that done it to her, I was immediately attacked by the staff members physically and verbally, the police were called on me and not the perpetrator and the female staff were calling my child a liar. When the police came they scared my child along side my small nieces and nephews as were immediately blamed as we were “the English girls” while trying to explain to them what my child had told me had happened to her, we were kicked out on the side of the street with over 10 suitcases and had nowhere to go. The worst experience ever. I hope the management can get rid of every staff member working that day and hire well mannered and trained staff. I’ve seen dogs on the side of the road better trained than them.

Here, everyone feels like family, seriously. Because it is not a huge property all guests go by first name basis and are individually catered to. We felt compelled to hug our attendants upon sight. We got breakfast, excellent Jamaican style. Ms Icy does an amazing job fussing about including every different food item she can find in your plate to ensure you have the full experience of Jamaican food! Portions are excellent. Dining can be inside or outside. Two options also for accommodations: main building where there’s the bar and jerk pit. Or upstairs for larger rooms and good views of the sea or mountains. Either way, we felt felt safe and secure with 24 hour security. ||It was easy to walk to the beach at Bulls Bay. No entry fee. Just arrive and enjoy the scenery and Caribbean Sea, there’s a little cliff where I thoroughly enjoyed chucking off into the sea and soak in the small reef. This is also a great way to integrate into the local community as well. ||Back at Global villa, Gloria, the owner is passionate about top quality service, backed by her personal attention to your comfort. Rides and local tours of the capital Lucea can be arranged. Maybe a special custom tour to the local market with Ms Gloria. As she frequently shops there to support the community. And get fresh authentic ingredients for her mouth watering dishes. This is just another reason Global VILLA is our chosen location almost in the middle of Negril for fun and Lucea for business. Everything is made easier at Global. Since Gloria is always on property. And staff is trained and kept accountable to ensure a best experience for each guest. ||We thank you all at Global from the bottom of our hearts for accommodating so many of us and making our stay absolutely comfortable and heartwarming. Please keep up the good work.

The owner is really friendly, good price for the meals, definitely you need to phone ahead for food especially if you want fish. A good stop off for a drink.

Wonderful service, kudos to the crew, they ensured you were comfortable and they catered very well. Food was delectable and succulent, as well as dessert which was just as scrumptious. A beach is near by so its great for pics and added fun if you wish. Overall its a fun experience; its a great place and as always, stay extra safe.

Stopped here on the way from the airport to Sandals. Driver recommend a beer and authentic Jerk Chicken. Had both and was not disappointed. The chicken is a little greasy. Beer was cold. I think this is a regular check in for our driver.
