Secretary NEVER lets me talk to a case worker, and DEMANDS to know why I need one, only to send me away every time! My problems are personal, not to be dissected by a secretary! I didn't want HER knowing my private business! This has been going on 3 years now for EVERYTHING I have ever needed help with! They NEVER help.People keep pointing us to HSP but HSP doesn't really want to do any work ... Well the one secretary is as far as I can get, so I don't really know. Since no one else knows of anyone but hsp. Just save your time, breath, and sanity people... Go upstairs to the family center if you want real help. Best of luck

When you call they NEVER answer the phone! And no offense I'm not driving 30+ miles round trip to find out about needing another document for assistance. That's just ridiculous and extra money I'm having to spend for gas when I'm clearly going there for financial assistance

I had a molder in the back I wanted check out and the front bottom teeth cleaned. The staff were very knowledgeable and I came out happy and had no pain. Thank for and affordable experience.

Human services of Carroll County is picture perfect for everything that is wrong with the system today. They're very rude inconsiderate and will mislead and lie to you in a heartbeat. This is supposed to be a program to help people but it's blatantly obvious the staff here have forgotten why they're here!!
