I’m not one to normally leave a review but I am truly impressed with the service I received at International Collision. Jason looked over my car and told me he’d need to order a part and to come back next week. He called me the next day to let me know the cost of the part was way more than anticipated and said he’d look into finding a used one to mitigate costs. He called me again later that day to say getting a used part would also not be cost effective. He came up with a game plan and I came in the following week. While my car was getting serviced Jason gave me updates throughout and let me know how long to anticipate for a wait. The gentleman who brought my car around went through the issues that were serviced and demonstrated that my problem was solved! Overall, I can’t recommend International Collision enough! Thank you Jason and team!

I am in my first stages of getting work done. I followed what my insurance told me to do and they set up the notice for me to make an appointment at ICC for the approved insurance company estimate. I went in for the estimate, they were very professional and provided the estimate to my insurance directly.
May need to switch my work appointment but are very easy to deal with and accommodating.
Not sure how this could have gone off the tracks for some people unless they had bad insurance companies.

I live in Acton so this is very convenient as well.
I will update if needed but I have been impressed so far.

ICC does great work and is easy to work with. Jason and his team went above and beyond to help and make sure everything was done right including dealing with the insurance company and various issues that came up during the job. The paint and body work look excellent, better than new!

These folks are GREAT!!! Excellent work with extra attention to detail. The car was ready at the time it was promised. Not only was the workmanship outstanding, but the people were very nice to deal with. If I ever need auto body work done in the future, I will definitely use International Collision Center. First class operation all the way around.

This is a review long overdue. I bumped my car into the garage door frame when I backed out in 2016. The entire front bumper needed to be replaced. After shopping around, I came to International Collision Center. Jason is a great guy to work with. He contacted the insurance company and really made everything easy for me. Although it took a while to get the necessary parts because the car model was too new at the time, the whole process was generally hassle-free. The car looked great when I got it and their charge was very reasonable.

A couple of weeks after, the cover of the front door handle fell off somehow. I did not pay much attention and put it off until the annual check-up last year. People at the car dealership told me they would not repair it. So I went back to the Collision Center last month, not sure if they were willing to do it after such a long while. It turned out they not only fixed it in a very short period of time, but also fixed it for free. Jason remains to be that awesome guy you can possibly find! I would highly recommend him to anyone who looks for a body shop!

Friendly, helpful, and responsive staff. They removed deep scratches in my car for short money. Great craftsmanship. I will be coming back next time someone messes up my car!

* UPDATE * brought a fender from my wife's car that needed to be painted - they did an awesome job and a quick turnaround. Can't recommend these guys enough. Friendly staff and quality work.
