This place is horrible, and I can't believe they sold a trailer to a family that needs to be torn down, and that's what they said they were doing with it but lied. I feel they took advantage and sold it to this family because they were previously homeless. Yes, I know you might think that them selling it to this family for $500.00 is nice, but the trailer is very unhealthy to live in and should be torn down ASAP. I should know because i'm the one who signed it over to the trailer court and i was going to tear it down b i t they said they'd do it free of charge if i signed it over. Absolutely appalled. Oh and then the family now will have to pay $800.00 a month, maybe more depending just for lot rent and the little they include.

I've been calling this place for 2 weeks. I was told India had family emergency. I still haven't heard from her.But quess what? I've read all your horrible reviews. I was trying to make a purchase. I'm good. Between the reviews and no call backs, never mind.

They'll spray for dandelions but not roaches.
Sold me on the pool that never opened.
Promised internet but go without it for months.
Will mow your lawn right after you did and charge you $100.
They'll fix your toilet right away.
The water goes out often without any warning or adequate communication about repairs.
The tow company is predatory.
The neighborhood is kid friendly and traffic is decent.

It’s alright overall. They can’t keep anyone in the office. I think they have changed office people over a handful of times in the last three years. They don’t do promise to pay anymore. You just have until the 5th to pay other wise there’s a late fee. If you rent, which we do. They don’t mow your yard for you without charging you. The pool still doesn’t work. We have problems with mice because a lot of these homes are just slapped together. Maintenance rarely comes out to fix things, mine as well just do it yourself. If you lock yourself out of your bathroom or bedroom, they don’t have keys to let you in, so you’ll have to get a key or break down the door. Overall, I don’t mind it. If we didn’t have a mice problem and if management took better care of its tenants then it would be a great place.

First review- Overall, it’s a nice place to call home. They let you do “promise to pay” for your rent if you need to pay past the due date which is a life saver. BUT their has been new office management ladies in there like three or four times since we moved in two years ago. That’s crazy. the water seems to be turned off often, they say they send out a text to let residents know, but we have NEVER gotten a texts despite some residents receiving one. They have a Facebook page that they rarely use, maybe they could utilize that to let us know when the water will be off. Maintenance never answer the phone. Even emergency maintenance. So you basically have to fix everything yourself. We will be looking for a new home this year.

This property hasn't had a solid manager in about a year and they have the nerve to charge over $700 for lot rent. The property is in shambles. It looks like a junk yard. People have been moving out left and right and I don't blame them. I had applied to purchase a home and the sales person didn't know what type of ID's were accepted or how an ITIN works. Definitely needs more training.
