Scheduled my drivers license renewal at this branch, renewal requires eye certificate from my doctor, and I have no time for that. Scheduling is very easy, MVA sent txt reminder a couple of days before my schedule, on the day of my schedule you can check in using your phone, and you’re given a number. Lady at counter 3 is very professional, in and out in less than 10 minutes. Picture and eye exam taken on the spot, license arrived in about 5 business days.

My wife and I came here as new MD residents. This was our second visit ( we transferred our out-of-state DL to here on the first visit) to register my wife's car and get the MD tags. This black lady with ginger hair on window 4 was so disrespectful to my wife and I. She was trying to refuse us service due to I selected "lease" instead of "finance" when filling the title and registration pre-application form online. she also argued with me just because I said "my car" talking about my wife's vehicle, which clearly is also mine since we're married and I am paying for it even though my wife's name is on the registration, saying it was not my car. We were able to see how racist she was when looking at us probably thinking we have no legal status here (my wife who is an US Citizen and to me that I 've been a lawful permanent resident here for 3 years having my citizenship test next month). It was not the experience we wanted to have honestly. I am giving 1 starts because of her. the other people working there were nice. This second visit made me realize SHE IS THE PROBLEM THERE!!! If you are hispanic and have to go there, just ask to be assisted by someone else rather than her.

Wish it was an option for 0 stars! Went here for my behind the wheel test and the man did not give clear instructions and when I didn’t pass he didn’t tell me what I did wrong in the car he got out and talked about to his co workers to tell them what I doin wrong making fun of me. Rude and ignorant
