My loved one has been living at Neville place and has been really enjoying it. Neville staff answered all our questions and made us feel safe placing her in their care. My loved one has been enjoying the community there as well as her apartment. Since I am unable to see her often as I live out of state, a staff member takes the time to connect us every week for a video call. The staff has been truly amazing, answering every question we had and doing their best to complete our request. We are so grateful that she is happy and healthy!

My wife and I are approaching our one year anniversary at Neville Place at Fresh Pond.
As we have found each day to have an attentive and warm blend of services, activities, food, and social contact, we were especially delighted by a Valentine's Day lunch for couples that Neville hosted for us this past Tuesday, Feb. 14. We shared this special luncheon with other couples in a warm, sunlit private dining room with tall windows overlooking the sparkling waters of Fresh Pond, The food, as always, was terrific, and we very much enjoyed the sunny warmth of the private dining room. It was great to have the quiet, unhurried conversation with another couple and to enjoy the time together. The staff went above and beyond to make this a delightful experience for us.

We find that this type of attention to events tailored to the needs and interests of each resident, and the thoughtful gestures such as this special lunch make Neville Place stand out as a welcoming, inclusive, and personalized environment for all of us.

The short term rehab floor mixed wit possible long term care was horrifying. I saw mice. Staff set a confused clients mattress directly on the floor. The mattress was taken off of the bed frame and set on the floor and the cobfised person was in the mattress on the floor and staff knowingly kept it there.

We have had a great experience with Neville Place. My dad has been a resident of the Compass memory support wing in November 2019, and my mom moved into a traditional apartment in April 2021. I have found the staff at every level to be caring and responsive. The food is good and the facilities are very nice. I am so appreciative of the quality of life that Neville makes possible for my parents.

Father was here for a month or so back in 2018, it was great. Employees need to be better though especially for elder adults. Treat everyone who walks in like it’s your family member or find a new job…… Whenever we asked for something that we really needed for my father. The nurses would give an attitude or act like we were committing a crime. My father was at the Neville center not the in living section.

At Neville Place, my mother is cared for by a deeply warm and talented team of senior care professionals. This includes the Director, Kristen Haire, Assistant Directors Noah and Miriam, front-office professionals, Gilda, Sable, and Mia who are all hands-on along with the pleasant care staff who is kind to my mother and keeps her engaged with organized, fun, and healthy activities, such as exercise, painting, games, and music.

When I first met with, the Managing Director, Emily Nardiello, I immediately felt I was in good hands. Emily is a true professional and seasoned nurse director along with her staff of nurses. She’s attentive and an excellent communicator and listener. My mother’s resident on-boarding process was seamless, and Emily and her administrative staff were instrumental in welcoming my mother while we moved her into the Neville community.

Neville Place has many beautiful outdoor spaces for my mother and the other residents to enjoy, such as a patio area, an extensive lush garden with benches, a rooftop sitting area, and a walking path in a tree-lined field.

My mother is mobile, but she is dependent on a walker. Her memory loss requires ongoing reassurance and redirection throughout the day, and she is cared for by this amazing team of care professionals. When I visit my mother, she and I can enjoy our time together -- and when I leave the visit, I know that she is well cared for, and I am at ease for her and for me.

My mother has been living at Neville for four months and already has made so many new friends! The staff are excellent and do everything they can to make my mother comfortable. My mother loves the food, declaring it to be both healthy and delicious. Our family is delighted my mother is so happy at Neville Place!

Rosemary has made a wonderful, remarkable adjustment to living at Neville. The staff has taken extra effort to get to know her better and to make her feel comfortable in her new home.
