Management is very rude . Didn't realize that these apartments. Don't have a corporate office and they use there personal number for clients to not be able to reachqsreached.

Update about this place. Still having problems. And then the pictures that they have on there are not true because everything is old and turned gray and have termites. The water area is not clean and the pond they have is just ridiculous. Have not been cleaned since I moved my seniors in and that was since 2020. Can’t never reach anyone and no one knows what’s going on about nothing… you don’t even know who is the property manager or who to reach at headquarters whatever that is. They say under Potomac management but can never get the right number to the place. Just sad.

Please whatever you do. Don’t let your seniors move here. They never fix nothing when they say, you never can speak to the rental office staff. Why because it’s not anybody to speak to. They don’t have a property manager. And always have to leave a message that never gets resolved. The governor has come to this place and still nothing is happening. It’s June and the air is still not working in some apartments and always say they have to get a part for it to work. Ans I have never seen a maintenance person ever working. I can say so much more . I am fed up with this place. I wish I could move my senior’s somewhere else

If you love your parents please don't let them stay here. My parents have been having HVAC issues for the years now. No heat the past few winters and no a/c in the summers. It's too damn hot outside for them not have a/c!!! Damn disgrace!! Maintenance keep passing it off as a "broken thermostat" issue that they never seem to be able to fix. It's obvious it's an HVAC issue that they refuse to fix! My parents have put in so many maintenance requests to still have nothing done. Why operate a senior citizen complex if you're not going to do anything to help them!!
The Housing Authority should really get over there and interview residents to see how bad the residents are treated. Oh but they continue to make folks pay rent every single month. A DISGRACE!!!

The place is some trash. The owners maintain the building taking advantage of the seniors living here. They have had cases of bedbugs-mice-roaches floods and broken elevators. The whole Williams family should be ashamed of themselves treating the residents that way.

My family has put in a service request 5/20/2022 before 2:00pm for my 83 year old great -grandmother to have her A/C Unit to either be fixed or replace. Today, of all days where it is 90 degrees outside and my great grandmother has been living at St Paul for 20 years!!! They gave her a window of 2pm-4pm and no one showed up! I am sure that there are maintenance requests that were on the list prior to hers, but any request regarding A/C for ANYONE not just my great-grandmother, should take precedence on a day like today. This is ABSOLUTELY unacceptable!

UPDATE 5/20/2022 @9:32pm: We never received a status update of their ETA but after several phone calls to management and front desk, they DID arrive after 5pm to install her A/C unit. The Google system wouldn't let me delete this comment but I wouldn't mind changing the stars from "1" to a "2" or maybe a "3 " A 3 may be pushing it because this is not the first encounter where we had to call back to back to get services rendered for my great-grandmother. These services include, getting her stove upgraded, her microwave fixed, carpet replaced, etc. Again, she has been here for 20+ years.

unfortunately I can't speak about management because my father never got to see his place but the unit was beautiful, the staff is friendly but very hard to contact which gives a sign of something more problematic. Over all my experience wasn't bad. but now the security deposit is in question, so we will see.

Living at St. Paul's has been a wonderful experience for me and my wife for over 2 years!
They have the most caring staff and activities that fit all types of people! Their rental price is the best price we have seen anywhere! They become personally involved in your needs and concerns. The building is exceptional clean and the decorations during holiday season are so beautiful and up lifting! It's close to the bus stops and the shopping malls. I highly recommend St. Pauls over any other Senior complex we have visited.! Do yourself a favor and visit!

I'ved lived here for over 2 years and am very happy I chose this property. The present front office staff is attentive, knowlegeable, friendly and patient. They are always happy to see you and eager to help with any concerns/issues you may have. I love their open door policy and hope they are here to stay!!
