I have visited this property a few times and I can say that this is by far one of the most beautiful senior buildings I have ever seen! The staff, Anna as well as Raven have been nothing but a HUGE help and were very informative. The building itself is very gorgeous. I saw the reviews and was very hesitant on calling to request information, but after seeing the staff as well as the building in person, I have absolutely NO complaints whatsoever! a beautiful place to settle down and retire in.

My grandmother has been a resident for 3 years and I really appreciate the staff for always making sure that she remains in a comfortable and safe environment. The family and I had some reservations at first but after visiting several properties in the area we narrowed down to 2 and were very happy with our choice. Because of covid protocol the staff had to suspend the many enjoyable activities my grandmother previously participated in and she looks forward to the new guidelines for resuming those activities. Thanks again to the staff.

I am very proud to say that the staff along with the upkeep of the community have been phenomenal. The staff goes above and beyond to respond to any/all requests within a timely and professional manner!
Ms Anna Watkins, Community Manager, and her staff are very attentive to the needs of the residents and always greet us the willingness to assist in any way they can.

Today my experience with Ms Anna l must say was over the top right from the beginning she made me feel just so comfortable and relaxed, I just wanted to move in ASAP. As l explained to Ms Anna majority of the apartments I visited were turnoffs just with the interaction with the office staff and most importantly Ms Anna is just so knowledgeable and so pleasant. I just wanted to express my visit with The Lodge at Marlton and thank you for giving me a platform to express myself

The best word to describe the lodge at Marlton is family. In my personal experience Anna and Raven are always attentive , sweet and kind. They treat with respect and are very good listeners. Keep up the awesome work!

Please Please Please ! Do not even look to send anyone here … during the course of my day I travel a lot & I see a lot of things. Just the other day I stop and see some protesters outside on the street so I stop and it turns out to be residents of the very establishment I’m reviewing. I stop to talk for a while and turns out rent is CONSISTENTLY raised and alot of the needs are not being met even at a decent rate. I was told lack of security, lack of parking , and alot of maintenance issues were almost never addressed.
If we aren’t protecting the people who’ve lived on the planet the longest … wth are we even doing. Not making this too long but it’s really a 0 star review .. I’m just not allowed to choose that.

The residence at this establishment are currently protesting the unfair conditions that they have been subjected to. There is no security, soaring rent prices, lack of maintenance, and unreliable manager communication. I would never recommend this place for your loved ones.

Great place!! Very clean grounds not trashy like some places i toured The rent was very reasonable!!! Staff was very polite i love the location Super Market is located just next door and other business for convenience definitely worth looking into!
