My Fiancé and I have lived here for 10 months. We looked at a lot of communities in the area when we were looking to move and decided on this one. I am happy we did. We really like it here, our apartment is spacious and modern. It's very quiet, safe and pet friendly. Any maintenance issues that we have had have been addressed in a timely manner. Management and maintenance have all been great. Our neighbors are friendly for the most part and having a clean pool is a huge plus during the summer heatwaves. We hope to live here for the foreseeable future, granted the rents don't rise to much when we have to renew our lease as they are already pretty high as it is.

We have lived at The Point in Abington for two years now, and going into our third year, and we love our apartment! Our experience has honestly been great, living here! It's a beautiful place, very big, clean, and we have made our apartment into "our beautiful home." Management here is very nice. They have been accommodating, pleasant, and anything we have ever needed, maintenance wise, always gets done asap. Which, the Maintenance here, is great too! They are very friendly as well, and we have had a great experience in that area too. Our rent has gone up yearly, when renewing our lease, which is always a bummer. However, it's to be expected nowadays, and wasn't a rediculous amount. It was reasonable, and understandably, that's just how it works today unfortunately, while renting a place like this. Overall our experience has been awesome, keep up the good work! 👍

RENTER BEWARE: Have lived here for almost two years now and I finally have to speak up. This is a BEAUTIFUL property with a negligent managing/owning company that won’t provide their end of the lease and the proper amenities. When touring and singing our lease, we were told we’d have access to brand new grills, lawn chess, a fire pit, a clubhouse with a tv and lots of seating, trash service, etc. Since living here, they have gotten rid of the trash service, fire pit, lawn chess, clubhouse tv and couch, and numerous other things around the property due to kids in the complex wrecking them. They refuse to approach the kids or their parents and now refuse to replace the broken amenities. The grills are a safety hazard they are so rusted. It’s such a shame this place isn’t looked after better at a regional level because it has so much potential.
EDIT: It is now a week after I posted this and OUR AC IS BROKEN!! RIGHT BEFORE A HEAT WAVE!!! Whens the earliest they can come fix it? AUGUST. DO NOT MOVE HERE. Says the property is protected by camera, not a single camera in sight. Says they'll tow away vehicles found in wrong spots, yet I was forced to park in a visitor spot for 2 weeks due to their refusal to call the tow company despite it being a spot i PAID for. Everything is broken, the facility is overrun with trash and dog poop, the management doesnt care, its a safety hazard, ESPECIALLY during a heat wave. RENTER BEWARE!!!

My fiancé and I just re-signed our lease this past month with The Point Abington and everything has been great so far. Last year they changed companies and there were a lot of kinks that needed to be worked on but the leasing office has been doing a very good job in doing so. They recently had Amazon Hub installed for packages which have been much better, my service request for my AC was looked at the very next business day. Overall great place

Lived in Avana/Halstead Abington for about 3 years. Our apartment was very nice. In the time we were there we had our share of maintenance issues (fuse in dishwasher replaced, A/C charged, refrigerator replaced, emergency repair of leaking pipe into water heater, etc.), but everything was resolved/corrected in a timely manner. No issues with management, whether it was moving in, extending the lease, or vacating.

I appreciated the construction/insulation, having lived in some cheaper apartments. The small gym they had at the time was convenient. And having your own washer/dryer is great.

Lived here for about a year and loved it, only moved as we purchased a home. Maintenance issues were responded to promptly fortunate to live in a complex with great neighbors and very much loved the new grilling area put in this past year. Matthew was A+ helping us move onward and we highly recommend this apartment complex.

Huge problem with theft here. The package room, peoples front doors, constantly getting packages stolen. Noone is doing anything about it. The rent has become outrageous and I can't even have a package arrive without having to run to go get it when I get a delivery update on my phone. It's not just me, there is a multitude of residents losing packages everyday. Other than that the place is not half bad but forget about getting mail here.

First off, Do not move here.Secondly, Maintenance and management are very professional and nice. I feel bad for all the complaints they have to deal with due to the GREEDY AND CHEAP PEOPLE who bought this place. Management is really between a rock and a hard place. Central air doesn't work people are sweltering in their apartments. Corporate just makes maintenance run around with HVAC techs trying to fix 100 work orders and the fixes don't last. PANCO REPLACE ALL THE A/C UNITS YOU MAKE ENOUGH MONEY OFF OF ALL OF US. $2,700 for what? No A/C, outdated units, small pool. subpar amenities. and they KEEP RAISING RENTS. When will the greed stop? Do not move here until Panco gets their act together. This could be a beautiful community IF THEY TRY.
