Exelente servicio! En mi experiencia, mi padre tenia Alzheimer's y era muy dificio de manejar pero el personal siempre lo atendio muy paciente. Ademas que podian entenderle muy bien con su español.

I had the pleasure of visiting this beautiful establishment February 7th 2025. The Tour was carried out by an absolute wonderful staff member Terry, he was very informative and gave clear knowledge on everything top to bottom!!. My mother and I came here to see about having my aunt as a resident, The walk the Tour was very informative, professional and genuine, prior to my mom met a resident who spoke highly on the staff and care and after meeting several staff I can say I Absolutely look forward to my aunt being a resident. They have resident outings, 3 homemade meals a day, service independent living as well as some residents in wheelchairs very accommodating. They provide all therapeutic services and support all the way around. the bathrooms are safe and hand barred for those who have trouble standing. The focal point is to have people reclaim their ability in society however that looks for them. I wish I'd known about this establishment sooner!.

This place is not like it looks the place is horrible where the people eat smell worse than a toilet the floor is filthy the closets are broken some of the beds are broken they have no one to do the laundry the owner is never there he don’t return phone calls I don’t understand how people can let their family members live in a place like that they don’t answer the front door nor the phone one of the tenants have sores on her legs and feet that are not being treated Mr. Terry took their stimulus checks. Some times they don’t have any one to cook they put some kind of food together and serve it to them sometimes they eat the same thing for lunch and dinner breakfast they may have coffee cereal and toast cereal with no milk they just put stuff together and serve it them that place need to be shut down it stinks in there the place is horrible.

This place is absolute TRASH!!!! The way they treated my grandmother, sick with a brain tumor and on hospice, was deplorable. Please DO NOT place your loved one in this facility. They have NO staff one person is responsible for cleaning, cooking, and doing rounds.

I don't believe the staff has valid licenses for Home Health or CNA work, and they let the patients sit unattended in their urine and stool for hours.

My loved one was rushed to the hospital and will not be returning, and I will be contacting the state to start a formal inquiry into this facility for negligence.

This place is very clean and professional and the meals are exceptional. However whats more important is how they treated my mother with so much respect, care, and dignity. The workers are so patient especially considering that my mother has dementia. Highly recommend this place.
