I feel like this facility may be out to get additional money they are not due. I applied and was approved for the trusted traveler program in San Diego California back in December and when I reached out to them this week they told me that the ID cards are mailed from Washington DC and mine says it was mailed on December 18, 2023. Well I have informed delivery for the Postal Service and can see everything that comes to my home on a daily basis. Nothing has come from This department. However, not only do you have to pay the cost to apply for the program, now the only way they are telling me they will send me a card that I never received. I have to pay a $25 replacement fee. Well, how is it a replacement if I never received it to begin with. I have sent an email to them to let them know I am willing to screenshot Every day for at least two weeks after December 18 showing on my informed delivery that nothing came from the department. And of course there has been no response. They do not send the cards with a tracking number, and that seems to be a bit suspicious. If there is no way to track it, then there is no way to refute it. Scam maybe? Seems plausible to me.

I stopped by as I had a few questions, I was lucky to have met Mr. Barnes.
He was patient, knowledgeable and someone who was really concerned and truly wanted to help. I felt meeting an old friend. He is an asset to the Customs & Border protection. This is my second time stopping by since last year and was extremely satisfied, by the service provided.

In der Tiefgarage darf am Wochenende für Besucher von DC geparkt werden. Die Lage ist super zentral. Das Auto wird kurz per Spiegel und Blick ins Innere Durchsucht, da es ein staatliches Gebäude ist.
