I'm incredibly grateful for the care my mom received at Waldorf Center. The entire team was kind and attentive. Diamond and Gladys, in particular, were standouts! The therapists were compassionate and skilled, and the administrative staff was consistently helpful and supportive.

One note: the facility seemed a bit short-staffed at night, which sometimes slowed down care. Although that was initially concerning, overall, we were very pleased with the quality of care. We had almost chosen a more upscale facility, but Waldorf Center’s location—just 10 minutes from home—made it possible for me to visit every day, sometimes even multiple times, which made a huge difference.

Thank you all so much! I wish I could remember everyone’s names, but a special thank you to the entire OT/PT team! They were instrumental in my mom's recovery after a traumatic leg injury with multiple fractures, impacting her ankle and requiring screws, rods, and months of non-weight-bearing care.
Thanks to your dedication, my mom is walking again, and I’m confident she'll be back in her stilettos, dancing, before long! 🫶🏽

I was completely disgusted! I didn’t even leave my mother in there for 2 hours. The staff was extremely rude. They raised their voice at patients. It was disgusting the jack and Jill bathroom had urine still in the bed side commode and urine container. Very unsanitary. Floors extremely sticky. Very run down and outdated. The rooms are over crowded and patients didn’t have proper space between them. Not fully equipped to handle patients.

Everyone has been very good to my mother while she has been staying here since she broke her leg in 2 places. She is 91 and today she said everyone has been very kind. Thats all you can hope for when they can't be at home.

I’m leaving this review due to the fact my mother passed away June 21st 2023 in the care of this facility, Furthermore the morning she passed away my mother had to call me to call the ambulance. Once I sent the ambulance to her I called the center and they assured me they already called emergency services to have her transported to the hospital. I have been doing a lot of research to find out who to hold accountable for her death and upon my research I found that when the rehab center stated they called the ambulance and put it in her medical records they infact lied because emergency services transcript shows I was the only call that was made. At the very least they did not provide emergency services as they stated they did. I have a host of other complaints but I will reserve those as I continue to take this further.

My aunt kept telling them something was wrong with her, & to call 911. Once my mom & I got there & realized how bad it was they kept telling us they're calling now. Once she became unresponsive, I yelled down the hallway for someone to call, finally I THINK they called. I know her roommate called for ambulance as well! My aunt had skin literally peeling off of her arms. Same place, both sides. Once we got there & said something THEN they wrapped it up. Also she should of been on oxygen the whole time, which she wasn't when we arrived. She started not breathing well, then they got an oxygen tank outside of the room to use. Plus her feet were 3x bigger than normal. Who knows how long she's been neglected because she had to get flown out for sepsis. This place needs a reevaluation, I've heard nothing but bad things. So glad she's out of there.

Whenever I felt my loved one was having a medical crisis, the nursing staff would always spring into action and bring beautiful correction and comfort. They cared for their residents and always assured their safety, cleanliness and comfort. I am pleased.

Today's conversation with the person that delivers my medicine and gives an understanding to my medicine gives an upgrade in the star range. Still not five personal opinion but she did that to raise it to more than what it was As well as the therapist that give you the work and encouragement to get your body back together to do what you need to do to be the man that you once was or the woman that you once was teamwork makes DreamWorks. Still stand by what I said but they lose points because everybody that talked to you in this place is rude, not everybody. But majority of the people that work to hand you your food and handle the things that get taken care of on a daily basis. A little bit is rude. They talk to you like you are a burden to them. When you're going through life-changing situation irking, my nerves make me not won't even be here. I would take him back to one star, but I am appreciative of the work that the other team members do so they only lose one star but they need to work on the way they communicate with their patience until they do that they only getting two stars for me
