Horrible judge Joseph Michael Scott sentenced my son too max which I believe is innocent considering the girl had never been hospitalized and lived with him up too the time he was arrested , Joseph violated his constitutional rights and 8th amendment

I called the civil department 10 times and left multiple voicemails no one ever reached out to me, also called the sheriffs office, left a voicemail no answer! I got fed up and drove almost an hour to try and have someone in that county served and everyone there had a nasty attitude! I was sent back home because they didn’t accept card payments! It’s 2022 hello! So I called again after being sent home to see if maybe I could mail it in and the woman in the civil department was so rude and short with me… not helpful what so ever. Btw Again it’s 2022 you would think they would hire a more diverse and friendly staff. Do better! If I could rate zero I would!!

The sheriffs are more welcoming and helpful then the people on the phones. Be min I’m told to do something the next I have to consult a lawyer on what form I need to get a new summons... do better Hagerstown circuit court.

What a horrible experience we got when renewing the passport for my family. When we exited the building my daughter, 10 years old, asked why some of the ladies in there gave us that horrible look. I had to lie to her. I just do not want to nurture in her the same sad sentiment.

The states attorney McCormick HATES black people. He will fatten your charges up and keep you on a leash or in jail for as long as possible. No help or consideration for family. Im positive he voted trump
