I was picking up my Sam's club purchase at 750pm. I had my 9 yr old granddaughter in the back seat and my daughter sitting beside me on the passenger side of our vehicle. I proceeded to exit the parking spot after receiving my order, after doing so I made a left going towards Massey Blvd to go to Starbucks. I saw a bus pulling up very close to my vehicle, the driver almost hit me 4 times in the short distance from Sam's to Starbucks. It's ridiculous how some of these bus drivers drive, with no regards to the safety of other drivers. They need more training in how they drive and treat the welfare of others.

Just rode the bus from Walmart to the transfer center. Tue Aug 20 th at 10 am was picked up at Walmart. Driver is very wreakless and a terrible driver. I do not feel safe riding when he is driving. Does not even come to a complete stop at stop signs. I ride the buses and depend on them to get to Drs and the stores. Am no longer able to drive because of strokes. I am actually sick when I get off bus from being jerked around from his driving to. Also please clear the homeless and bumbs from transfer center can not even find a place to sit down when I have to wait on bus due to them sleeping on benches

Funkstown 11:15 bus 508 the driver was wreckless. I had my 9 year old with me as well. He was rude and inconsiderate to customers. He either needs to be fired or retake his test cause how he was driving he almost wrecked a few times while on the bus.

I rode the bus in Hagerstown most of my life. I've seen good and bad drivers and customers. the main issue is that the female drivers talk too much. that causes delays. drivers who drive like it's Grand Theft Auto need more driving experience with a bus. If the bus system ran on Sundays and maybe til 11pm that would give me to the non driving community. but Hagerstown/wash co never changes so..good luck with that.

I honestly have to say I hate the way this entire company works. They put bus stops in the most ridiculous places , they keep hiring all these drivers that can't drive correctly. It's getting worse and worse. It's stupid how once the bus pulls off they can't let anybody on the bus at the transfer spot. Some bus drivers don't know they have to stop at the light on eastern blvd and Security Rd and it's annoying . They wanna drop you off in the grass by the railroad sign nd I have a stroller to push . It's just horrible if I didn't have to take the bus I NEVER would but I have no car so tough luck .

My mother tried to use Paratransit to get to her drs appointment. She called them two days before her appointment and setup her request. They called her the day before her appointment and said they were too busy to take her. When I sent a complaint email to them they told me they don't put people on the schedule until the day before. This is not acceptable. How do they expect people to try to get alternate transportation when they give them less than 24 hour notice when they get "too busy". There is no reason they can't put people on a schedule sooner than this especially when they allow people to call to setup the appointment to pick them up two weeks ahead of time. Why do that if they don't put them on the schedule until the day before the appointment only to tell them that oops too busy. Sorry for your luck. 🙁 If you can't depend on them for the service then why would people use your service? What is the purpose if they can't depend on it?

It eventually gets me where I'm going, but I have a lot of complaints. I primarily ride the Robinwood route/bus. It used to have a route which stopped at the closest supermarket Martins on the Dual Hiway. These daze you have to take the Robinwood to the transfer point and transfer to the Funkstown bus which still stops at Martins. And of course the reverse of the Funkstown and Robinwood to return. A lot of riding and waiting. I think the Robinwood needs to go back to the old route. There should be a shorter more express route for the hospital/Robinwood medical riders. That route needs to change to avoid the traffic bumps in the rear of those facilities. Either that or offer kidney belts for passengers who really don't need to ride thru the parking lots at the rear of the 2 facilities to get to the main entrance of the hospital. Go back to Medical Way and turn left to get to the main entrance to the hospital or start a new route which would turn left at the Eastern Elementary school and come around first to the main entrance to the hospital then the medical bldg. Also, its time for Walmart to have 2 buses an hour not 1. It is by far the busiest route in this poor community and both the Valley Mall (which has 3 routes servicing it) and Long Meadow (which is almost vacant) have multiple buses. And how about some benches? Why must all the waiting be done on foot. These buses are the most uncomfortable buses I have ever ridden so how about some comfort before you get on. Even the waiting area at the transfer point is poor. The benches there should have been installed back to back in the middle of the roofed area to avoid the sun and rain . . . c'mon these are just a few of the gripes I can think of. Of course you could enforce the cell phone rules . . . that would be nice . . . really don't want to hear the violater's life stories at high decibel levels . . .

was waiting at Martin's on dual highway today, bus was 40 minutes late, and was with 3 other people also waiting! she came by, looked at us standing there (at the stop) but proceeded to go right past us...Very frustrating to all of us....other than that it's mostly late but no other problems to report yet..
