Pésima atencion las personas menos amables y prepotentes están aquí!! Te atiendenden porque verdaderamente tienen que cumplir con la jornada de trabajo pero lo hacen de mala gana!! No te ayudan para nada y se molestan si pides interprete! Es pésima la atención de este lugar

The worst place I've ever had to deal with. Been on this phone line for 1hour and 48 minutes waiting. Yesterday was a snow day and they closed, so a little bit of snow powder make them closed all the offices across the state which is absurd to me because this little snow was no reason for them to close the offices. Go to now I'm waiting for over an hour to get service done and I can tell this will not be possible! This is the worst state with the worst DHS!

There is seriously something wrong with this county! I am homeless and not currently working and I literally get notifications like twice a week telling me something I'm getting help with (SNAP, Medicaid etc.) has been cancelled!! I have to go down here or log into my stupid Maryland Health Connections App every week and waist my time constantly over this! When I was living in Montgomery County, Md I never once had these issues!

I think it’s pathetic what cps has come to! And fathers Matter fathers who love their children matter. Stop making fathers the bad guy when the courts give the kids to the mom and sometimes that’s not the right call

Everyone here goes the extra mile to make sure you CAN’T get any help or information when you give them everything you know. I called at 8:01AM and was put on hold for 30 minutes, my call must not be too important. Website is more than confusing and has little to no information other than “call this number and sit and spin for an hour” can’t get anywhere with anyone here
