My mom went into rehab at Westminster Healthcare Center and was there for 2 months. This is a great rehab center. I’m not sure why the bad reviews because everyone was super nice. They kept me informed and the nurses treat the patients like friends. It’s clean with a pleasant atmosphere. If she ever needs a nursing home, this will be the place I call.

My mother went to Westminster for rehab after hip replacement and we cannot say enough great things about the facility and staff. Everything was superb from nurses and aids to the administrative staff, PT and OT teams and the food! And the facility was so clean and never once had that nursing home smell. 10 out of 10!

Everyone was attentive and sweet.
Treated my mother and very well. The facilty was very clean and the always.lloked and smelled wonderful. The portion sizes were huge. They were actually able to get my mom to gain a few pounds back.

Westminster Healthcare has been a blessing to my stepfather’s care…he started with rehab and is ending with longterm care. Everyone has been so nice from Jodi Cole at the entry desk who has gone above and beyond to help with anything my family needs to Miss Kim In admissions who is very patient and understanding as well as very smartly dressed. Of course I can’t remember everyone’s names but would like to shout out a nurse named David who has been a shining star in our book! The food smells incredible and looks tasty…hats off to the chef! There are a ton of activities for the residents to partake in should they choose to do so. The facility is also very clean and well maintained as I have seen maintenance in action…I have also seen security drills and fire alarm drills pulled off with military type precision. I don’t believe anyone wants to be in any kind of facility but if you do have a loved one that needs this type of care, Westminster Healthcare is a place to be considered for your family member! I do care more for the second floor than the first floor as they appear to be more attentive on the second floor in my opinion.

I was warned about Westminster Healthcare before my husband went there for rehab. We went with it because it is 10 minutes from home and he only needed to stay there for 10 days. The regular staff was nice and did the best they could while being short staffed and underpaid. The “doctor” and office manager are totally incompetent. It is a for profit business and it shows. We were hounded to pay $204 for something that they couldn’t explain. I finally paid it only to find out later that it was paid by Blue Cross/Blue Shield. I am still waiting to be paid back but now I will have to report them for fraud. The last straw was when we got a bill from some place called Juniper for dates that my husband was in Westminster Healthcare 6 months ago. It is totally fraudulent and we will not be paying it.

If you send a loved one to live here and want to check in on said loved one, they won't answer the phone.. it takes 3 days to get someone on the phone. Westminster health care center is like a prison. For our parents.

My cousin came here a few days ago and is now being sent out to the ER. He is unresponsive and being sent out to the ER. My sister whom is his POA had to make them call the ambulance. This place is disgusting and the people that work here are even worse. The nurses are nasty with attitudes because they have to do their jobs. If I could give a negative zero star review I would. DO NOT, I REPEAT, DO NOT EVER SEND YOUR RELATIVE HERE!!!
