I think the guy in the front desk is kept there to keep people away. He was so condescending and I struggled to even tell him why I was there and he said you have to make an appointment for STDs. Why on earth do you think I have STD when I was there to do a UTI follow up test and get treatment. The place was so empty and he was not ready to get up from the game he was playing on his phone and help anyone. This guy is not a good public relations person and if your goal way to drive patients who needed care from the facility you have succeeded because there was virtually no
one in the front lobby when I came in.

The guy at the front desk is lazy and condescending he didn’t help me and was on his phone as if I was bothering him as if I he wasn’t at work. Either he needs to be retrained or fired point blank it’s no way you work the front desk and have poor customer service skills

I had an appt today, the office called and asked if I could come earlier, I agreed. Once at the office at the agreed upon time, the building is empty because everyone is scared of rain. No one called me to inform me. I am a mother of three and can’t afford to waste money on gas and a sitter for no reason. This was a very unprofessional decision by whomever is in charge. Notify your patients when these things happen, times are very hard for people right now, we all don’t have the luxury of wasting money for something that could have been easily avoided with just a little organization and professionalism

This Place is the worst. They give you the run around when looking for results. They say they close from 12pm-1pm but I called at 11am and got that saying they're closed for lunch. go else where
