Super fast and efficient office! And, a great overall experience too.

I travel a lot for work both domestic and international on occasion for business-pleasure. Often times, I dread the process of renewing my credentials when it comes to global entry - trusted traveler recertifications and/or renewing passports. The process and experience can be cumbersome. This was not the case or my experience at this particular global entry center. The employees and staff were so accommodating and efficient to be such a small office. There were a handful of employees stationed in the office. All were helpful and friendly. The customer service was outstanding by the officer that assisted me and the process was quick and easy. I was in and out of there in less than 10 minutes; with no wait time. Appointments are required at this location and they can be scheduled online with ease.

10 out of 10 Stars experience and would recommend this location if you have to deal with any Global Entry or Trusted Traveler Programs for your International travels. Not to mention, once you're finished, you can explore this building and all the museums in the area. Talk about a win...I did just that!!

* Tip: The location is accessible by DC Metro and/or Garage Parking is available in the building at intervals of $14/hour. Not to steep, considering parking and expired meter tickets can set you back $50 bucks+ and up!

Absolutely the best experience I've ever had with a government office. There were a handful of employees. All were helpful and friendly. The process was quick and easy. 10/10 would recommend this location. Not to mention, once you're finished with these lovely humans. You can explore all the museums in the area. Win win!

I had a 7:20a appt driving in to Washington DC for my global entry appointment. 📅 The agents were friendly and very helpful… though I hope to never have to make this drive again.

Really smooth experience. The office is small and located on G right by the elevators for the garage. Made an appointment online but they were able to see me early. I was so nervous coming into this appointment. Office woods made me laugh and put me at ease. I like that the garage has cards you can take to help you remember where you parked but parking was easily the most challenging part of the visit. A lot of spots are reserved for people working in the building. It took me longer to park my car than to go through the appointment. I'd actually recommend parking somewhere else nearby and giving yourself extra time to find a spot. All in all it was still a very good experience.

This office was efficient and helpful. The kindness of the officer who helped me was greatly appreciated. I thought I would need to take another day off work to drive all the way to BWI, but he was able to help me resolve the issue. Grateful for our hardworking gov employees.

Friendliest and most pleasant government office I’ve ever experienced. Super easy to get to (right by the Federal Triangle metro station) and locate (first floor of the building). In and out in under 10 min. We even arrived early for our global entry interviews and they took us before our scheduled time slot. Great experience!

We were told by the Dulles Airport concierge that this location takes walk-ins. We'll, they don't. And despite the fact that there was an agent sitting there doing nothing, we could not get seen. Very frustrating. The government has taken our $100 app fee gladly but cannot provide an interview appointment for the next step.

Lots of great reviews (service is probably great if you're able to get an appointment). I went in because I have been struggling to get an appointment for MONTHS. Information is incredibly vague on the website, appointment booking is impossible to navigate, no number to call for assistance. So here I am trying to get help in person. It's NOT busy, there is NO ONE in line and there are three staff not doing anything. One guy tell me he has no idea how to use the website, he can't tell me when the next availability is, he can't slot me in manually, he cannot assist whatsoever. Okay, no problem, I understand it's out of his ability, but it would have been great if he had even the tiniest desire to be helpful. He did not. He attempted to escort me out to provide priority to those with an appointment. There was no one in line the office was DEAD. One lady, disgruntled, gave me an interview, but I would not expect this. This is why I gave ithis review 2 stars.

This office needs to bring back walk ins (if available). I can understand if they're busy, they should prioritize those with an appointment, but if you don't have one or have been struggling to get one AND the office is dead (like today) they should allow walk ins. Simple.
